146A Adare Manor Opportunity M'dn H'dleAlan O'Sullivan, rider of Captain Hanley, trained by Eamonn O'Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped and he was unseated.
Kevin Healy, rider of Mighty Berkshire, trained by Declan Queally, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got unbalanced when the loose horse came up his inner.
146B Gannon Eco Novice H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Master Haku, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.
Josh Williamson, rider of Master Haku, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
146C Joe Quinn Transport Longford H'cap H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Anodandawink, trained by Ciaran Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
M.P. O'Connor, rider of Tuff Days, trained by Michael Barry, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room going to the third last.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the approach to the third last hurdle involving Justicialism, ridden by Mr D. McGill, Annie's Belle, ridden by J. Smith, and Tuff Days, ridden by M.P. O'Connor, where it appeared Tuff Days ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr D. McGill stated that he felt pressure from his outside and held his line. J. Smith stated that he felt pressure from his inside and held his line. M. P. O'Connor stated that he received pressure from both sides and lost all momentum going to the hurdle. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to remind J. Smith to be more mindful of the riders on his inside in future.
146D Midland Veterinary H'cap H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Le Diablo (FR), trained by John Patrick Ryan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
Sam Ewing, rider of Premier Rogue, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount clipped a heel turning in.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning in involving Premier Rogue, ridden by Sam Ewing, and Benzine (GB), ridden by Niall Moore, where it appeared Premier Rogue clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Sam Ewing stated that he was still on the quarters of the horse on his outside when it drifted in and he clipped a heel. Niall Moore stated that he looked across and thought he was clear to move to the rail but unfortunately the horse on his inside clipped his heel. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Niall Moore was in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended Niall Moore for two racedays.
146E Geoff's Scally Centra Beginners S'chaseAnna McGuinness, rider of Mister Frostie, trained by C.A.McBratney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount never travelled.
146F GUY Clothing & KODE Clothing H'cap S'chK.M. Donoghue, rider of Bridie's Beau, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was struck into behind.
A. Harvey, rider of Andys Flame (GB), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by a faller.

Following the running of Race 5 the official going on the chase course was changed to yielding.
